Your services are reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unexpected situations arise but we kindly ask that you cancel or rescheduled your appointment within 12 hours. We charge 50% of the service fee for all appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours. After 3 no-shows, we will charge the full service fee and may require pre-payment to book any future appointment at Honey House Studios.
